When booking a pitch, you automatically agree to our general terms and the camping regulations.

Tourist accommodations

You are more than welcome to come and spend your holiday with us. Because we are a campsite, we only receive guests who come here for a holiday. Are you looking for a temporary accommodation solution? Then we ask you to look further. 

Visitors

Visitors are very welcome at the campsite (free of charge) Please inform reception in advance or via WhatsApp. As the recipient of the visit, you are responsible for passing on this information. Visitors can use the toilets for free, but are not allowed to take a shower. When a visitor wishes to stay overnight, they must be registered in the night register. The are costs involved. 

Seasonal pitches

With the seasonal pitches, you pay for the electricity you use, the costs for this are €0,90 per kWh incl. VAT. You will receive an invoice with the start and end reading of your meter.

Arrangement

With the arrangement you get the first 5kWh of electricity for free. You can request the costs for additional consumption. 

Pets

Pets are very welcome at the campsite. There is a maximum of 2 pets on each pitch. If you want to bring more pets, please contact us.

Reservation conditions

When making a reservation, you automatically agree to our conditions. You can make a reservation by sending an email tot info@campinghalfweg.nl. For last minute reservations, it is best to call Eric or Petra. 

A reservation is final when you receive a confirmation. When your reservation is confirmed, you are obliged to make a deposit of 25% of the total price. This deposit must be paid within 5 working days. You will also find the payment terms in the reservation confirmation. The amounts described must be paid by the final payment term. If this is not the case, a payment reminder will be sent. If payment has not been made within 5 working days, a payment reminder will be sent again. If payment has not been made within 3 working days after te second reminder, camping Halfweg may cancel the reservation. The payment obligation does not lapse!

Cancellation conditions

We do not offer a full refund in the event of cancellation or early departure. We apply the following payment percentages if you wish to cancel your stay, this is excluding administration costs of €7,50. 

• In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, 25% of the price to be paid
• In case of cancellation between 30 days and 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the price to be paid
• In case of cancellation between 14 days and 7 days before the arrival date, 75% of the price to be paid
• In case of cancellation within one week, 90% of the price to be paid
• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or in case of no cancellation, 100% of the price.

There are always costs involved in cancelling. This regardless of the reason! We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for these costs. Costs that your insurance company does not cover are at your own risk.
